As a solo traveller it is very important to be close to transportation in order to navigate smoothly in a big city like Tokyo. Once you are out of the hotel you have Ginza Station right in the front! This to me has been so convenient.
The front desk staff are so welcoming and helpful with any questions you may have on how to get to different neighbourhoods in Tokyo. This can be very overwhelming and time consuming if you do not have some plan to get to your destination. The staff made it so easy for me.

They say you remember people not on what they say but how they made you feel. The staff at The Gate Hotel Tokyo have been the utmost polite and respectable whenever I had a question . I felt special and valued as a person.
Everyone had been so genuinely kind and welcoming that I felt being at home.They had always provided top quality service whether at front desk or serving breakfast in the morning.
Overall, The Gate Hotel Tokyo is a fantastic hotel with impeccable service, I will make it a definite return, because good service is never forgotten.
