At Ovolo Inchcolm in Brisbane Australia it was uniquely demonstrated, to make my stay so effortlessly easy. You see, as a solo jet setter venturing out in the world, my main focus is taking care of me. The schedule, the time, my needs or my decisions are all about me.

Reception Area
Upon entering hotel , you are not in a typical conventional hotel lobby but a quirky bar ,art deco inspired area decorated with some weird memorabilia .A vast collection of items with some historical background had me wonder if I was at the right place! But I was and happy I was part of this eclectic experience. The staff greeted me in a very welcoming manner and I knew this was going to be a fun experience.
Friendly , attentive and a polite staff are important qualities in the hotel business. Offering me a free cocktail to start and welcome my stay was suddenly a pleassant surprise.
Loft
Opening the door to my Loft hotel room, a soft lounge music sets the mood to am upcoming relaxing stay . The room is on 2 level loft space in a stylish chic decor. If you love modern high technology, you will notice the Apple TV, Ipad and Alexa. You will love the city view , the free mini bar and a free candy bag made especially for you. I especially enjoyed the sense of humour incoporated in the whole experience; how to prepare your cocktail drink to the Wifi connection name “Ovolo loves you ” and I love you back Ovolo.
I was especially impressed with the free yoga mat I found in my room. As if they read my mind that I love my yoga but time was limited therefore could not take advantage of it nor bring the mat home with me.
Style
The style is chic and elegant yet rustic and moody in the shared space. The whole space is creative and goofy. Pop art inspired paintings and eclectic fixtures and furniture. The highlight is that old fashioned elevator right in the middle of the hotel space.
I must say I felt spoiled and pampered in this funky , original hotel. It is true, everything about them is how to make it the most pleasurable for you yet so effortlessly for me. As you all know me by now, give me a city view and I am a happy girl .
